Cattlianthe Hilo Sunrise (2.5" pot blooming size)

This is a new cross between Cattleya Harmill and Guarianthe aurantiaca, the first parent being a cross between Cattleya milleri and Cattleya harpophylla. The result is a compact plant with clusters of starry brightly colored flowers in orange with touches of red and yellow. They will flower winter into spring even as very young plants, but the show will improve dramatically in time and mature plants will have large clusters of blooms and several front leads. Very charming but in short supply!
