Dendrobium Pua'ala (5.5" pot blooming size plant)
New! Like Dendrobium Violet Yamaji, this is a Dendrobium spectabile hybrid that puts on a stunning show each year, with long lasting flowers in abundance. The main difference is that the plants are a little more slender in stature, and the flowers are a touch smaller, but more numerous to the spike, with up to a dozen produced, each a saturated purple with a narrow white margin for contrast. They bloom most heavily in spring, but can spike at other times of the year as well. The flowers easily last two to three months. Bright, but diffused light, temperatures between 50 and 95, and year round watering with drying in between will produce results like our photo with ease. These plants average 5 or more mature canes and if ordered in the spring, may be in spike. Short Supply, so limit one per customer.
